I confirmed their fax number via their website, ***-***-9659. His communication style is absolutely appalling and immature for a man with "superior cognitive abilities" (this is actual a direct quote from an email, can't make this up). ***********************, assistant to the **** is an unintelligent, rude and plays out of his depth. Since this incident, proof of insurance has been faxed to their office on four separate occasions, and they are still claiming not to have received it. Minnco failed to provide proper notice before doing so. The insurer has provided proof of insurance to all three lenders, yet Minnco claims to have not received it and has put forced place insurance on the vehicle, almost doubling the payment. All three vehicles have the same insurance coverage with the same insurer. My family currently has three car loans with three lenders, Minnco being one of them.
